How Do I Register a Domain Name?

Registering a domain name is very easy.
First you will have to make sure that the domain you want is available - using something called a WHOIS lookup at sites like Register.com or Whois Source you can make sure the domain you want is available for registration. Afterwards, you simply need to visit a registration site such as DirectNIC or Register.com to purchase your domain name.

Can I keep my domain name when I change a host?

Yes. We recommend that you register your domain name with a separate registrar before getting a hosting plan (please see our Domain Name Guide). Then, when you need to move to another host, you just need to point your domain's name servers to this new host. If you registered your domain name with a host and now you want to move, you should find your registration records or contact this host and ask them how to control your domain name. If you have a problem, you can usually see the name of the registrar by performing a "Whois" query on your domain name and contact them.

Will I have forced advertising on my site like I do on Geocities, etc.?

No. We do not force any kinds of ads on your site. In fact you can put your own ads if you'd like.

I don't have any experience in creating a site. Who can help me create and host my site?

We recommend that you contact us through any availble way we provide (See our support page) and we can you help you design or put you in the right path.

How do I pay for web hosting?

We accept a various ways of payments which includes online payment (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) and all major cards, you could also visit our office for cash payments or we could send you representative if your located in the same city.

Can I upgrade my account if I need to?

Yes. You can upgrade your account at anytime without losing your files. You will pay the difference between your current account and your new account. There are no extra fees involved in upgrading.

I have a host here, what is my smtp and pop mail servers?

Your smtp and pop mail servers are:
POP: mail.fiberme.net
SMTP: mail.fiberme.net

Your login username should always be your email ex. info@fiberme.net

Can i use microsoft outlook or any other email clients?

Of course you can, just use our smtp and pop mail servers, you can find a tutorial about setting up your outlook in the tutorials page.

How much does it cost to make a software or a website?

Theres no exact price for development, it depends on how your website or software will work, how much content and sections you will have, we advise you to contact us if your have questions regarding website or software developments.

Will my website be listed in google and other search engines?

Yes, We work in a very oraganized way that helps search engines like google to index your website and list it, we gurantee that you will get listed in the major search engines.

Can i edit my website myself?

Yes you can, we provide 2 type of websites, dynamic and static, the dynamic one will make you able to change the content in your website without any professional skills through a control panel that you will log in using credentials that we will provide you. and if your having a static website and want to edit it, you still can if you have the required skills.

Can i know how many person viewed my website and more information?

Yes, we provide log files about your website that includes the users who viewed your website, from which country they are and much more information, you can download softwares that analyze this log files and provide you a nice graphical readable documents, some of this softwares are free like AWStats.

I have more than one branch or diffrent offices for my company, can i connect them all with a software?

Yes, we develop softwares that can help you manage your company through a software that manages your financials, documents, stocks etc.., and connect all your offices with one software.
